Winona 'Nonie' Gregory Johnson Potts, 90, of Bastrop, LA, died March 25, 2007. She was born to the union of William Henry Gregory and Lillie Bessie Ponton on Christmas Eve in 1916. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Marion Johnson, the father of her children, and Vernon Potts. Also preceding her in death were her daughter Dena Grace Johnson Brumley, grandson Richard Brumley, great-grandchildren Tyler Madison, Hunter and Hannah Johnson, her sister Blanche Hubbell and brother Haskell Gregory.

Winona is survived by: son and daughter-in-law Orlan and Loisann Johnson of Bastrop, LA; grandchildren, Warren and Sandy Johnson, Mark and Yvonne Johnson, Jay and Gina Johnson, Shelley Johnson Madison, Stephen and Elisa Johnson, Ronny Brumley, Debbie Brumley Wedgeworth; great-grandchildren, Blake, Kayla, Abbey, Logan, Wyatt, Austin, Rainey, Madison, Dakotah, Tim Jessie, and Amanda; great-great-grandchildren, Paige and Breanna; and sister Velma Colston.

Graveside Service: 1pm, Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Salem Cemetery, near Ezzell, Texas. Officiate: Rev. Leon Smothers. Pallbearers: Her Grandsons. Memorials: Salem Cemetery Association or Donor's Choice.
