Willard is survived by: his Mom Shirley Brock of Willis; 2 sisters, Pattie Hermes & husband William, and Jean Irvin & husband Gerald of Victoria; 2 brothers, Mike Brock & Janet Vigil of Willis, and Ricky Brock & wife Kaye of Hallettsville; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Willard was preceded in death by: his Dad Willard Brock Sr.; Grandparents; and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

Funeral Service: 10 am, Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009 at Kubena Funeral Home. Visitation: 2 pm, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. Justin Ham. Pallbearers: brother-in-laws Gerald Irvin and William Hermes; special friend Rudy Herrera; and cousins Mike Rainwater, Lonnie O'Neal, and Matthew Templeton. Honorary Pallbearers: nieces and nephews Jaime and Stephanie Hermes, Staci and Jason Irvin, Chris and Eric Brock; special cousin Christina Meyer; and special friends Kerri, Chanel, Chloe, and Robert Herrera. Burial: Caraway Cemetery above Nixon, Texas.
