Wilbert E. Satsky, 82, of Hallettsville, went peacefully to his Lord on Monday, July 16, 2018. He was born in Hallettsville on February 9, 1936 to Eddie L & Lillie Opela Satsky. He was a lifetime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Wilbert was a private person with a heart of gold, who loved the home he and his brother John, shared with their mother. During retirement, he liked being outdoors attending to daily chores, repairing equipment and taking care of his doves and dog Molly.

Wilbert is survived by; his mother Lillie Satsky, brother John Satsky, sister Helen Cretors & husband Marcus, and niece Jessica Cretors.

Wilbert was preceded in death by his dad Eddie L. Satsky

Funeral Mass Service: 11 am, Thursday, July 19, 2018, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville. Visitation: 5 pm, Wednesday at Kubena Funeral Home; with Rosary starting at 7 pm. Pallbearers: Roddy Renger, Richard Renger, Francis Brosch, Bob Henke, Henry Netardus, and Glen Bludau. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Memorials: St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hospice of South Texas, or Charity of your choice. Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
