Soila Sanchez , of Hallettsville, TX, passed away peacefully at Hospice of South Texas Center of Compassion, on Saturday, September 19, 2020.  She was born on August 3, 1938, to Manual and Elvera Torres Garcia in Floresville, TX.

Soila was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, VFW Auxiliary, and Daughters of the Republic of Texas.

Soila is survived by:  3 children; Yvonne Besetzny & husband Ralph of St. John, TX, Cynthia Grasshoff of New Braunfels, TX and Paul Sanchez & wife Kelly of Terrell, TX; Son-in-law Steve Grasshoff; 8 grandchildren; Cameron Besetzny, Nolan Besetzny, Hayden Besetzny, Blaine Besetzny, Jameson Grasshoff & wife Lissette, Jake Grasshoff & wife Devin, Seth Grasshoff, and Joshua Sanchez; 4 great-grandchildren Rhyann & Gianna Grasshoff and Jaycee &Ridge Grasshoff.

Soila was preceded in death by; parents, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Celebration of Life will be held 11 am Saturday September 26, 2020 at Moravia Catholic Church Hall.
