Ms. Santos DeLaRosa, 86, of Hallettsville, passed away June 16, 2014. She was born on July 9, 1927 to Pedro & Pauline Hernandez DeLaRosa Sr. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Santos is survived by: 5 brothers, Lupe, Octaviano (Coop), Masimo, and Henry DeLaRosa of Hallettsville, and Tony DeLaRosa of Bryan; and 3 sisters, Natividad Neubauer of Hallettsville, Francis Garza of Yoakum, and Cecilia Banda of Victoria.

Santos was preceded in death by: parents Pedro & Pauline Hernandez DeLaRosa Sr., 2 sisters, Mary DeLaRosa and Simona Girtman; and 2 brothers, Martin and Serapo (Chapo) DeLaRosa.

Funeral Mass Service: 4 pm Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville. Visitation: 5 pm, Wednesday, at Kubena Funeral Home with Rosary starting at 8 pm. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Pallbearers: David Neubauer, John Neubauer, Cody Neubauer, Raymond DeLaRosa, James DeLaRosa, Bradley Rosales. Burial: Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
