Obituary

Mr. Russell 'Bones' Grahmann, 20, of Hallettsville, died Sept. 22, 2007. He was born on Jan. 22, 1987 to Marvin & Annette Glomb Grahmann in Yoakum, Texas. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Russell graduated in the Class of 2005 from Hallettsville High School. He was an outgoing person, playing sports such as football, baseball, and track as well as raising animals for FFA. He had a lot of friends, both young and old, from near and far. In his 20 years of life, "Bones" – as most people knew him - did more than a person could imagine. He's done everything from riding four-wheelers to muddin in tanks. He loved meeting up with friends as Rosie's Hideaway on Thursday nights. If you hung around Russell and didn't have a good time, it was your own fault! He always said, "Live like there's no tomorrow."

Bones is survived by: his parents; 2 brothers, Derek Grahmann & wife Amanda of Gonzales, and Bradley Grahmann & wife Stephanie of Hallettsville; grandfather Alfonse F. Grahmann of Hallettsville; and grandmother Dorothy Glomb of Shiner.

Bones was preceded in death by his grandfather Oscar Glomb, grandmother Dorothy Grahmann, and uncle Ervin Grahmann.

Bones – son, brother, brother-in-law, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend – we will miss you everyday and love you always.
