Ronnie Lee Dierschke

God called Ronnie Leroy Dierschke home on July 26, 2026. He passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Ronnie was born in Moulton, Texas, to Roman and Pauline Albrecht Dierschke on March 27, 1948.

Ronnie attended Moulton High School and graduated in 1966. Ronnie served in the U.S. Army National Guard 36th Division 141st Infantry. After graduation he started in the auto body industry at Voskamp Ford as body shop foreman and worked there for three years. He married his first love, Cynthia Marie Krametbauer Dierschke, on August 24, 1968, at Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Shiner. They resided in Hallettsville and had three daughters; Rhonda, Rachel, and Debra. He lost his loving wife, Cynthia, on January 11, 2007.

Ronnie started the family business Dierschke Paint and Body. He held many degrees in automotive repair and refinishing, including certified master technician by the National Association of Service Excellence. He served the public for a total of 48 years in the auto body business. He was a member of the Better Business Bureau for many years with an A+ accreditation for professionalism to the public. He was also a member of the National Federation of Independent Business for 25 years. Ronnie attended the Victoria Police Academy and graduated in 1977. He was a reserve Lavaca County Deputy. In his later years he met his beloved wife, Lois Pilat, and they married on May 17, 2014. They spent their last years together tending to the homestead. He lost Lois on July 4, 2026. Ronnie was a devout Catholic and member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was also a part of missions throughout many countries. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved to fish, barbeque, and garden.

Ronnie is survived by three sisters, Carol Rau, Joan Dusek, and Judy Mozisek. Three daughters, Rhonda Hicks (Anthony), Debra Wenske (Jeremy), Rachel Dierschke Trejo (Carolina). Four grandchildren, Andrew Garcia (Elisabeth), Abbey Garcia (Collin), Audrey Wenske, and Ayden Hicks. Four great-grandchildren, Raelynn, Oaklynn, Cynthia, and Everly.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Roman and Pauline Dierschke, his first wife Cynthia Dierschke, his brother William Dierschke, and his wife Lois Pilat Dierschke.

Funeral Mass Service: 10am, Monday, August 3, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville with Visitation starting at 9 am and Rosary starting at 9:30 am. Officiant: Rev. Michael Rother. Memorials: Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville or Donor’s Choice. Burial: Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
