Mr. Ron Castellow, 57, of Hallettsville, died July 15, 2007. He was born on December 14, 1949 to O C & Ester Brooks Castellow in Freeport, Texas. He has been State Farm Insurance Agent since 1983, and a member of the Baptist faith. He married Patti Castellow on August 8, 2005 in Austin, Texas.

Ron is survived by: wife Patti; 2 daughters, Cara and Cadee Castellow of Austin; step-son Colton Hermes of Hallettsville; step-daughter Carley Hermes of Hallettsville; parents O C & Ester Brooks Castellow of Hallettsville; and sister Connie Castellow of Hallettsville.

Service: 10 am, Thursday, July 19, 2007 at First Baptist Church of Hallettsville. Visitation: Noon, Wednesday at Kubena Funeral Home; with the family receiving visitors from 5pm to 7pm that Wednesday. Burial: Willow Creek Cemetery. Officiate: Rev. Terry Horton and Rev.
