Robert Louis Svetlik, Jr, 51, of Liberty Hill, TX, passed away on April 7, 2021.  He was born on May 24, 1969, to Robert and Diana Svetlik of Hallettsville.

Robert was a master mechanic for over 30 years.  He loved reunions and any celebration involving a good homecooked meal.  He loved to play a good game of straight dominoes with a beer in his hand and his dog on his lap.  He loved his family and had many dear friends.  He will be missed.

Robert is survived by:  his parents, Robert Louis Svetlik Sr. & wife Diana; Two brothers, Chuck & Jennifer Svetlik of Cedar Creek and Steve Svetlik of Victoria; sister Monica & Chris Janacek of La Grange; and five nieces & three nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ludvik and Ann Svetlik of Hallettsville and Emith and Irene Orsak of Moravia.

Memorial Funeral Mass Service (All attendees must wear masks): 10:30 am, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, Moravia, TX; with visitation starting at 9 am; and rosary starting at 10 am. Honorary Pallbearers: Mike Dudek, Frank Berigi, Norman Berigi, Jim Berigi, Nelson Grubbs, John Gorbach and Ray Praesel. Officiant: Father John Affum. Memorials (in lieu of flowers): Ascension of Our Lord Church, Sacred Heart Catholic School or donor's choice.
