He grew up in the Oak Forest Area, enjoying many trips fishing with his family. Whether fishing the North Jetties at Port Bolivart or camping with his family in Colorado, Robert enjoyed lots of time outdoors with his parents and siblings. Also Robert and his friend and business partner, Mark Larsen, operated Professional Services Network, an electronic/computer service company from 2001 to 2011. He and Mark remained fishing/gambling buddies afterwards. Most recently Robert occupied his time making repairs to his town home in Humble, damaged by last year's hurricane and subsequent flooding.
