Patricia Constance Labay Revel, 75, of Hallettsville, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015. She was born in El Campo, TX on Dec. 3, 1939 to the late Ben & Emma Labay. She married Ira Preston Revel on Oct. 3, 1959 at El Campo St. Phillip's Catholic Church.

Patricia and Preston enjoyed spending their days fishing, feeding deer and camping at their favorite spot at Texana State Park.

Patricia is survived by: her devoted and loving husband of 55 years, Ira; 3 daughters, Vicki Revel Perez of Hallettsville, Rebecca Schramek & husband Joseph of Schulenburg, and Raechel Rehm & husband Morris of Hallettsville; brother Ben Labay & wife Marie of Shiner; sister Jo Ann Kubala of Lockhart; sister-in-law Linda Labay of Angleton; 8 grandchildren, Cassie Franta & husband Kyle, Chelsie Gaebler & husband Shiloh, Cadie Perez, Tara Hajek & husband Chris, Olivia Schramek, Jenna Schramek , Kyle McKay, and Chad Rehm: and 7 great grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by: her parents; 2 brothers, at infancy and Kenneth Labay, and sister Linda Marie Labay.

Funeral Service: 10 am, Friday, May 8, 2015, at Kubena Funeral Home of Hallettsville; with a Rosary at 9:30 am. Visitation: 5 pm, Thursday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Pallbearers: Shiloh Gaebler, Kyle Franta, Kyle McKay, Chris Hajek, Chad Rehm, and Joseph Shramek. Memorials (in lieu of flowers): Hospice of South Texas. Burial: 1 pm, Friday, at Memory Gardens of Edna, 1300 North Kleas Street, Edna, TX.
