Louis P. Nagelmueller Jr., 76, of Hallettsville, passed away June 15, 2015. He was born on June 21, 1938 to Louis P. & Wally Michaelis Nagelmueller Sr. in Shiner, TX. He was raised in Moulton, TX, where he graduated from Moulton High School. He married Dorothy Konecny on January 26, 1962.

Louis worked for Neumeyer Service Station for 6 years. Then went to work for Kubena Funeral Home from 1962 to 1978, and went to work for Dr. Pepper Plant from 1978 to 1983. He then work from 1983 to 2002 at Hallettsville Communications, from which he retired.

Louis is survived by: his wife Dorothy; 2 sons, Henry Paul Nagelmueller, and John Nagelmueller & wife Mary "Robyn"; 2 daughters, Pattie Davidson & husband Clif, and Stephena Yuen & husband Buddy; brother Oscar Nagelmueller; sister Anna Kalisek; 8 grandchildren, Sean Nagelmueller, Robyn L. Welch, Jetta Hare, Kayla Nagelmueller, Jessica Yuen, Justin Yuen, Calvin Hudson, and Savanah Hudson; and 6 great grandchildren, Elizabeth Welch, Brailynn Foley, Kinled Nagelmueller, Clay Nagelmueller, Noah Yeun, and Alyviuh Yeun.

Louis was preceded in death by: his parents, brother Royce Nagelmueller, son-in-law Chris Hudson, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

Funeral Service: 2 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville. Visitation: 12 Noon, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home with Rosary starting at1:30 pm. Officiant: Rev. Barnabas Kyeah.
