Mr. Louis A. Morisak, 86, of Hallettsville, died March 9, 2007. He was born on Dec. 25, 1920 to Louis J. & Antonia Satsky Morisak in Lavaca County, Texas. He married Adela Ann Bujnoch on Oct. 21, 1952 at St. Mary's Catholic Church near Hallettsville. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, K.J.T., and veteran of WWII where he received the American Theater Ribbon and World War II Victory Medal.

Louis is survived by: 3-daughters, Sharon Masters & husband Terry of San Antonio, Pamela Morisak Lanford & husband David of San Antonio, and Nancy Moreno & husband Ray of Austin; 4-grandchildren; and 1-great-grandchild.

Louis was preceded in death by: wife Adela; parents Louis J. & Antonia Satsky Morisak; 2-brothers, Laddie and Alfred Morisak; and sister Adella Morisak.

Service: 10 am, Monday, March 12, 2007 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation: 4 pm, Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosaries: 6 pm, Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home; and 9:30 am, Monday at St. Mary's Church. Officiate: Rev. John Peters. Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery
