Lillie Satsky, 107, of Hallettsville, passed away January 21, 2021.  She was born on September 7, 1913, to Alois S. & Mary Jalufka Opela Sr., in Lavaca County, Texas.  She married Eddie L. Satsky on November 6, 1933, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Lillie is survived by; son John Satsky, daughter Helen Cretors & husband Marcus, and granddaughter Jessica Cretors.

Lillie was preceded in death by: her husband Eddie; parents; son Wilbert Satsky; 3 brothers, Adolph, Alois Jr., and Rudolph "Ruby" Opela; and 7 sisters, Agnes Janak, Mary Pekar, Helen Wall, Gussie Kurtz, Theresia Brosch, Dorothy Fikac and Janie Spacek.

Funeral Mass Service (All attendees must wear masks): 11 am, Monday, January 25, 2021, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville, TX; Visitation starting at 10 am; and Rosary at 10:30 am. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Memorials: St. Mary's Catholic Church or Donor's Choice. Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
