Obituary
Kathy Ann Woods, 59, of Lake Jackson, passed away Jan. 4, 2015. She was born on April 28, 1955 to Robert J. & Agnes Hajek Marek in Hallettsville.
Kathy is survived by: brother C.J. Hajek of Schulenburg; 3 sisters, Henrietta Marek of Friends Wood, Evelyn Todd & husband Gary of Angleton, and Rose Ann Danford & husband John of Brazoria; uncle James Walker; nieces, Jacelyn Todd, Reeana Reddell, Jeana Garris, and Loryn Childers; and nephews Dennis Hajek and Tommy Purifoy.
Kathy was preceded in death by: parents; aunt Elsie Walker; and brother Gene Marek.
Funeral Service: 2 pm, Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at Kubena Funeral Home. Visitation: 12 noon, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Pallbearers: C.J. Hajek, Gary Todd, John Danford, Eddie Kersten, Bobby Holly, and Paul Garris. Burial: Vsetin Cemetery.
