Kathy Wilene Holt, 61, of Hallettsville, Texas passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021.  She was born June 25, 1960 in Ganado, Texas to Julius Valentine Janca and the late Geraldine Rose Mertz Janca of Hallettsville.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 33 years, Leon Dwayne Holt.  Sisters Barbara and late husband, Hal Scull of Victoria, TX, Joyce and Ronnie Jackson of Paris, TX; Michele Janca of Victoria, TX, and Marsha and Russel McNeal of Tomball, TX.  Brothers Glenn and Mary Ann Janca of Hallettsville, TX and Paul Janca of Yoakum, TX.  Four sons: Shane Hebert of Porter, TX, Gary Hebert and wife Kristin of Victoria, TX, William Holt of Hallettsville, TX, and Leon "Alex" Holt and spouse Calen Janak of Hallettsville, TX; two daughters: Jessica Hebert of Hallettsville, TX and Sabrina Holt of Hallettsville, TX. As well as 19 grandchildren: Jared, Kimberly, Wyatt, Brody, Paige, Jacob, Bailey, Lauren, Melanie, Ty, Maddox, Kyley, Kloey, Kaleb, Marshall, Christopher, Caitlynn, Jackson and Westlynn.

She was preceded in death by her mother Geraldine Rose Mertz Janca, and her grandson, Devin Yancey.

Memorial Funeral Service: 10:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Salem Baptist Church with Elvis Johnston officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM and a brief luncheon will follow services.
