IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Joyce Louise
Schneider
September 14, 1931 – February 12, 2012
Joyce was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and recently a great grandmother. She deeply loved her family and friends. She loved going on drives with Al and stopping to get a What-a-burger. They also enjoyed their trips to Victoria, where they usually ate at Red Lobster and ordering the Sailor's Platter.
Joyce spent many hours teaching her grandkids to play chicken foot and reading to them. They loved her famous oatmeal cookies.
Joyce enjoyed spending time with her friends, having coffee or playing dominoes and cards. Joyce and Al went on many trips with the Devalls, always having a wonderful time. She truly appreciated all the people in her life.
Joyce was the youngest sibling in her family, and she loved spending time with them. When they got together for Renger Christmas, there was always laughter and no one left hungry. She loved talking with her nieces and nephews and hearing what was going on in their lives.
Joyce had a strong faith and she loved her church family. She especially loved being part of the choir. Thank you to the church family and Rev. Lundy Hooten for their care and prayer. A special thank you goes out to her Nursing Home daughters, who became a wonderful part of her family, and also to Hospice for your kindness and care, and Dr. Connors and staff.
