John Eric Seals, 39, of Victoria, passed away March 3, 2022.  He will be remembered as a loving, caring and giving son, brother, father, uncle and friend.  He was born in Victoria TX, on June 8,1982, to Greg Seals and Sandra Lorfing Seals.

In John's youth, he enjoyed playing baseball, hunting, fishing and working with his grandpa on the family farm.  He attended school in Victoria then moved to Hallettsville where he graduated from Hallettsville High School in 2001.  He went on to follow his grandpa and dad's career paths and became an Electrical Supervisor.

As an adult, John was blessed with two children: John Adam Seals (8) and Vivian Faye Seals (4), whom John loved and adored.  He loved spending time and playing with his kids.  He enjoyed conversing with family and friends, experimenting with his own original recipes and just being outdoors.

John is survived by:  his mother Sandra Seals; brothers, Brian Seals (Nadine), Michael Seals (Camille), and Jason Seals (Ashley); numerous nieces and nephews; and aunts, uncles & cousins.

John is preceded in death by:  his dad Greg Seals; grandparents, Alfred & Eunice Lorfing, and Wade & Margaret Seals.

Funeral Service: 2 pm, Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Kubena Funeral Home. Visitation: 5 pm to 7 pm, Saturday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Clayton Striedel, Kenny Seals Jr., Chuck Muenster, Galen Fojt, Bryan Martin and David Seals Jr. Honorary Pallbearers: nieces & nephews. Officiant: Pastor Herb Beyer. Burial: Shiloh Cemetery. Memorials: Shiloh Cemetery & Community Center Association.
