Joane Marie Janak, 50, of Moravia, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019. She was born April 24, 1969, to Sylvester J. & Dolores Hilscher Janak in Weimar. She was a member of KJZT, Moravia Altar Society, and Ascension of our Lord Catholic Church of Moravia.

Joane is survived by: her mother Dolores; and 3 brothers, Dale Janak, Wayne Janak & wife Keethann, and Kenward Janak.

Joane was preceded in death by her father Sylvester and sister-in-law Sheryl Janak.

Funeral Mass Service : 10 am, Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, at Ascension of our Lord Catholic Church of Moravia. Visitation: 5 pm, Wednesday at Kubena Funeral Home; with the Rosary starting at 7 pm. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Memorials: Ascension of our Lord Catholic Church, Peter's Place or Donor's choice. Burial: Ascension of our Lord Catholic Cemetery.
