Jennifer Lynn Barrera, 48, of Hallettsville, passed away October 22, 2020.  She was born on August 22, 1972, to Wilbert L. & Anita Berkenhoff Kalinec in Weimar, TX.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Jennifer is survived by:  son Tyler Evanicky; 3 daughters, Saira Barrera, Lilly Barrera and Emily Barrera; and her mother Anita Kalinec.

Jennifer was preceded in death by; her father and great niece & nephew, Louis & Camilla Verastegui.

Funeral Mass Service (All attendees must wear masks): 11:30 am, Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at Ascension of our Lord Catholic Church of Moravia, TX; with Rosary starting at 11 am; and Visitation starting at 10 am. Officiant: Msgr. John Peters. Memorials: donations to the funeral expense will greatly appreciated or Donor's Choice. Burial: Ascension of Lord Catholic Cemetery.
