Obituary

Mrs. Jacqueline Turman, 73, of Highlands, Texas, died Sept. 28, 2007. She was born on Aug. 17, 1934 ton Carl & Margie Goode Adams in Wharton County, Texas. She married Emmett R. Turman on Oct. 26, 1954.

Jackie is survived by: 3 sons, Randy, Adam, and David Turman of Highlands; 2 daughters, Joy Murphy of Highland, and Gaye Jordan of Alvin; 2 brothers, Donald C. Adams of Hallettsville, and Carl Adams of El Campo; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Jackie was preceded in death by, husband Emmett, and parents.

Service: 11 am, Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007 at Alliance Bible Church, 302 West Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road, Baytown. Officiate: Rev. Jim Black. Burial: 2:30 pm, Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas.
