Jack Conrad Bairrington, 86, of Hallettsville, Texas, Went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 13,2025. He was born in Littlefield, Texas, on December 8, 1938, to Alva and Ruby Estellene Bairrington. He was married to Bidge Anne McCarley for over 60 years.
Jack is survived by: his son James & Denise Bairrington of Shiner; daughter Amy & James Harvey of Hallettsville, 5 grandchildren Brandy (Mike) Bonewald, Beth Avery, Jessi (Paul) Mojica, Rachel (Chad) Shimek, James Scott (Michelle) Harvey, 2 Step-grandchildren Brady (Kendall) Strauss and Ky Sandelovic; 8 Great grandchildren Maddy and Blayne Avery, Hallie and Logan Bonewald, Reagan and Hayden Mojica, Cohen and Case Shimek; 1 Step-Great grandchild Gunner Strauss; 3 brothers Johnny Bairrington, Ira (Kate) Bairrington, and Darrell (JoAnn) Bairrington; 2 sisters Prissy (Mike) Murphy and Ruby (Wayne) Hoover; sister and brother in-law Cheryl and Dick Miller; and many Nieces and Nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife; brother Danny Bairrington and sister in-law Patsy Bairrington.
After retiring from Exxon Mobil he drove a school bus for many years. He had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. His favorite times were being with family and traveling with Mom on their many trips. He was a member of Sublime Baptist Church.
Funeral Service: 2 pm, Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Sublime Baptist Church in Sublime with Visitation starting at 1pm at church. Pallbearers: James Scott Harvey, Mike Bonewald, Paul Mojica, Chad Shimek, Blayne Avery, and Cohen Shimek. Officiant : Pastor Jeremy Kraatz. Memorials : Sublime Baptist Church. Burial: Geiger Cemetery.
