IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Iona
Gray
April 7, 1918 – January 11, 2011
Iona married George Brown and had a son, Danny Ray Brown. Later in life, she married William "Bill" Gray on Mar. 12, 1946 in Hallettsville. Bill worked in the oilfield business, and they had 2 sons, Gary and Ronald Gray. Iona and Bill left the oilfield and worked to open their own business, "The Dairy Hart". They worked there until 1966, when Bill passed away. Iona continued to run the business for many years, making the most famous burgers in Hallettsville.
