Hermina
Rybak

Hermina worked hard on the farm, taking care of 4 children, canning, cooking, and baking. She baked 4 loaves of bread every day when the children were home. She was known for her famous homemade noodle soup, kolaches, and rolls. Every Sunday, there was noodle soup, rolls, sausage, fried chicken, and kolaches on the table. She loved going to church, playing bingo, and going to the beauty shop.
