Henrietta "Hank" Georgia Walker, 75, of Hallettsville, passed away October 16, 2010, at Citizens Medical Center in Victoria, after an extended illness. She was born on April 28, 1935 to Jerry B. & Aloise Shindel Janik in Kendleton, Texas. She married William F. "Bill" Walker Sr. on October 20, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas.

Hank is survived by: her husband Bill; 4 children, Billy Walker & wife Cynthia of Schertz, Texas, Gail Johnston & husband Charlie of Sulphur Springs, Texas, Michelle Austin of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Michael Walker of Hallsville, Texas; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Hank was preceded in death by: her parents; 2 brothers, Jerome B. and George H. Janik; and sister Helen Wray

Graveside Service: 3 pm, Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at Choate Cemetery near Kenedy, Texas. Burial: Choate Cemetery. Memorials (in lieu of Flowers): Lavaca Assistance Ministry Body "LAMB", 418 South Ridge Street, Hallettsville, Texas 77964.
