Frank Elo Pavlicek, 58, of Yoakum/Hallettsville, Texas, passed away on December 30, 2025.  He was born on November 16, 1967, to Adolph & Anita Pavlicek Sr., in Harris County, Texas.

Frank was a graduate of Hallettsville High School and attended the HVAC Trade School in Victoria, Texas.  He retired from the Texas Department of Corrections.  After retirement from TDC, he worked maintenance jobs around Yoakum and Victoria, TX.

Frank was never married but he loved his dog Peanut.  He loved spending time hunting and fishing with his brother-in-law Daniel in Waelder, TX.  One of his biggest passions was sitting on the porch and barbecuing.

Frank is survived by:  his brother and sisters, Ann Klaus (John), Alice Snook, Adolph Pavlicek (Anita) and Annie Pavlicek (Daniel Smolik); nephew and nieces, John T. Klaus (Betty), Van Snook (Mercedes), Paige Ortegon (Robert), Fallon Witherspoon (Shane), Colton Pavlicek (Te'a) and Wyatt Pavlicek (Kaitlyn); one great nephew Maverick Pavlicek; and three great nieces, Fynlee Witherspoon, Scarlett Snook and Evelyn Wylie.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services: 11 am, Friday, January 9, 2026, at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville; Visitation starting 9 am. Pallbearers: Van Snook, Colton Pavlicek, Wyatt Pavlicek, Shane Witherspoon, Daniel Smolik and Roy Drabek with Alternate Pallbearer Robert Ortegon. Officiant: Pastor Jared Stillions. Burial: Old Kinkler Cemetery. Memorials (In lieu of flowers): Old Kinkler Cemetery Association or Donor's Choice.
