IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Frank Joseph
Herman Jr.
March 26, 1943 – October 19, 2022
Frank Joseph Herman, Jr, 79, of Victoria, TX, passed away October 19, 2022. He was born on March 26, 1943, to Frank J. & Ludmila Sitka Herman Sr. in Wied, TX.
Anyone who ever met Frank could never forget him. He was truly one of a kind. While working at Alcoa he was willing to help and ready to jump in to fix any problem. Whether work related or personal, He was always there to lend a hand. He loved his kids and family dearly. He started his day with, "mornin-mornin", paired with a cup of coffee. Ask anyone to describe him and they'd say he was the best man they ever knew. He was a man of few words and showed his love by doing things for others. But ask him about rodeoing, horse training or the weather, he'd talk until the sun went down. He showed up at any and all events for his kids and grandkids with a smile and encouraging word. He loved to build things with his hands. From a mechanical bucking bull and horse for his son's and their friends, to spurs, barn, etc. Frank was always light on his feet. He loved going to the honky tonk to dance or have a foot race with his kids and grandkids. Always having a good laugh along the way. He enjoyed a good joke and of course, his quirky sense of humor would always shine through in his jokes.
Frank loved the rodeo and everything about the sport. Traveling the country with everyone in tow for whichever of his children were competing that weekend. He was always willing to help friends and the younger generation that were working to grow their talent.
Frank will be truly missed by his family and friends. Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
