Francis "Buzzy" Nelsen Peters, 74, of Shiner, passed away October 21, 2017. He was born on July 26, 1943 to Charles W. & Sarrah Olsen Peters in Arkansas, Kansas.

Buzzy is survived by brother Donald Peters.

Buzzy was preceded in death by; his parents, brother Arlen Lee Peters, and sister Clara Revelta

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
