Frances has living son Allen & wife Judy; and 3 daughters, Marian Morris & husband Hank of Hallettsville, Dorrene Maes & husband Ben of Flint, Michigan, and Carol Daniel & husband Mike of Houston. She has 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Frances in 2002 moved to Hallettsville to be near her family. She volunteered her work and time at the Lavaca Medical Center. She was also an active Red Hats member. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service in Hallettsville will be set at a later date.
