Falvey Buske Anderson, 94, of Hallettsville, passed away Nov. 12, 2010. He was born on March 24, 1916 to Don F. & Elsa Buske Anderson in Humble, Texas. He was married to Dorothy Little Anderson. He was a veteran of WWII and member of St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville.

Falvey retired in 1973 after serving as Vice-President and General Manager of E. L. Lester & Company in Houston, which sold cranes and other heavy equipment. He and his wife, Dorothy, moved to the Old Sweet Home countryside where he very much enjoyed the life of a farmer before moving to Hallettsville. Falvey, a marvelous sales person, loved people and had numerous friends.

Falvey is survived by: wife Dorothy; daughter Susan Fairman & husband Jim of Hallettsville; grandson David Lowrimore & wife Kelley; and 2 great grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas.

Falvey is preceded in death by: his parents; brother Beverly Anderson; and grandson Michael Lowrimore.

Memorial Service: 2 pm, Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010 at St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville. Burial: a private arrangement at a later date. Memorials: St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville or charity of your choice.
