Everett James Malick Jr., 66, of Hallettsville, passed away Jan. 10, 2017. He was born on Sept. 6, 1950, to Everett & Lorraine Lucke Malick Sr. in Baytown. He married Helen Kurtz Shimek on Feb. 1998.

Memorial Mass Service: 10:30 am, Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville. Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
