Elizabeth A. Eilers, 93, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, at her residence. She was born on October 7, 1915 to Franz and Elizabeth Henke Grafe in Hallettsville. She married Joseph Elbert Eilers on September 26, 1933 in Hallettsville.

Elizabeth is survived by: 4 daughters, 5 sons and spouses, Sister Emilie Eilers of Victoria, Shirley and Warren Jennings of San Antonio, Buddy and Barbara Eilers of Fredericksburg, Paul and Kathy Eilers of Utah, Tim and Cindy Eilers of Idaho, Tom and Lori Eilers of Fredericksburg, Mike and Judy Eilers of Fredericksburg, Mary and Johnny Lindig of Johnson City, Cindy Weaver of Austin; 30 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by: her husband Joseph; daughter Betty Jean Eilers; parents; 5 sisters, Mary Grafe, Agnes Leopold, Annie Grahmann, Clara Grafe, and Angeia Janacek; and 5 brothers, Victor, Frank, Joe, Freddy, and Charles Grafe.

IN FREDERICKSBURG: Visitation will start at 5 pm Thursday, September 17, with the Rosary & Mass of Resurrection Service at 7 pm, in the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Fredericksburg. IN HALLETTSVILLE: Visitation will start at 5 pm Friday, September 18, with the Rosary Service at 7 pm at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville. Funeral Mass will start at 10 am, Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville with a Rosary Service at 9:30 am. Officiate will be Rev. John Peters.
