Edwin C. Sladecek, 86, of Houston, passed away July 10, 2020.  He was born on April 25, 1934, to Anton & Frances Janosec Sladecek Sr., in Sparks, TX (Bell Co.).  He married Georgia Rita Malik on June 20, 1964, at Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church of Shiner.  He received an Honorable Discharge from the US Army, for service from August 1956 to August 1962.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, KJT, and Holy Family Catholic Church of Missouri City, TX.

Edwin is survived by; his wife Georgia; daughter Darlene Tatum & husband Robert; and 2 granddaughters, Kelly & Jamie Tatum.

Edwin was preceded in death by:  his parents; 4 brothers, Joe, Emil, Bennie and Anton Jr.; and sister Dorothy Davis.
