Obituary

Mr. Edwin E. Blaha, 83, of Hallettsville, died Feb. 22, 2008. He was born on Jan. 10, 1925 to Frank & Albina Woytek Blaha. He was a member of S.P.J.S.T. and Vsetin Czech Moravian Brethren Church.

Edwin is survived by, sister Viola Jares, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Edwin was preceded in death by: parents; 2 brothers, infant and Freddie Blaha; and 3 sisters, infant, Matilda "Tillie" Stropek, and Albina Marek.

Service: 10 am, Monday, Feb. 25, 2008 at Kubena Funeral Home. Visitation: 3 pm, Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. James Herrington. Pallbearers: Tommy Henneke; Shawn Blaha; Charles Marek; Wayne Self; Freddie Blaha Jr.; Sylvester Jares. Burial: Vsetin Cemetery. Memorials: Vsetin Czech Moravian Brethren Church.
