Edna Nadine Anderson, 82, of Hallettsville, passed away Feb. 8, 2019. She was born on Mar. 12, 1936, to Manzy W. & Edna Delz Holland in Willow City, TX. She married the love of her life, Andrew H. Anderson on Mar. 14, 1953. She was loved by many; a treasured wife, mother, maw, great grandma, sister, aunt and friend. She loved her family, church and baking. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hallettsville.
Nadine is survived by: 2 daughters, Shannon Anderson of Fredericksburg, and Cindy Anderson of Austin; 4 grandchildren, David, Alisha & Jennifer Koppenol, and Toby Walding; 7 great grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor, Bradley, Spensor, Josh, Grayci and Rylee; 1 great great grandchild Tynlee; brother Pete Holland; 3 sisters, Margie Reed, Della Stehling and Patricia Fielder; and god daughter Angela Tullos.
Nadine was preceded in death by: her husband Andrew; parents; daughter Brenda K Walding; grandson Aaron Walker; great grandson Calvin Koppenol; and 4 sisters, Winnie Lee, Hazel Leissner, Louise Smith and Violet Marie Hedrick.
Funeral Service : 10 am, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, at Kubena Funeral Home. Visitation: starting at 6 pm, Tuesday at Kubena Funeral Home. Pallbearers: David Koppenol, Josh Koppenol, Tyler Koppenol, Bradley Koppenol, Spensor Kaczmarek and Trevor Kaczmarek. Officiants: Pastor Melanie Monroe. Memorials: First United Methodist Church of Hallettsville or donor's choice. Burial: Salem Cemetery, Ezzell, Texas.
