Dorothy was married to Falvey B. Anderson on April 5, 1956. She was a member of St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville; charter member of the Lavaca Medical Center Auxiliary, and past president of the Hallettsville Garden Club. Playing bridge was her favorite pastime, and she belonged to several groups, including The Wednesday Bridge Club.

Dorothy is survived by: daughter Susan Fairman & husband Jim; sister Georgie Ann Burns; grandson David Lowrimore & wife Kelley; and 2 great grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas Lowrimore.

Dorothy was preceded in death by: husband Falvey; parents; 2 sisters, Lydia Regner and Doris Baker; and grandson Michael Lowrimore.

Memorial Service: 11 am, Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013 at St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville. Memorials: St. James' Episcopal Church of Hallettsville, Hospice of South Texas, or charity of your choice.
