Devin Leon Yencey, born May 26, 2016, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2016 at DeTar Women and Children's Center in Victoria, TX. We were blessed with his smile for such a short time, but his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Devin is the son of Sabrina Holt & Robert Yancey, Jr of Hallettsville. Brother to Marshall Maronay & Christopher Yancey of Hallettsville, TX; Lastat & Marious Yancey of Victoria, TX. Maternal Grandparents are Dwayne & Kathy Holt of Hallettsville, TX. Paternal Grandparents are Leonor Priestle of Victoria, TX and Joseph Priestle of Austin, TX.

Devin is survived by Aunts and Uncles: Alex Holt of Hallettsville, TX; Gary & Ashley Hebert of Hallettsville, TX; Jessica & Jordan Faust of College Station, TX; Ryan Priestle of Austin, TX; Rochelle Priestle of Austin, TX; Shane & Megan Hebert of Hallettsville, TX; and William & Gwen Holt of Hallettsville, TX.

Devin cousins: Kyley, Madison, Kloey, and Kaleb Hebert; Paige and Jacob Faust; Jared, Kimberly, Wyatt, and Brody Hebert; and Bonnie, Caitlynn, and Jackson Holt.

Devin was preceded in death by: Great-Grandparents Leon & Erna Faye Holt; Great-Uncle Eugene & Great-Aunt Linda Mucala; Great-Uncle Mike & Great-Aunt Rhonda Ware; Great-Uncle John Muha; and Great-Aunt Cassie Janca.

Viewing will be held at Kubena Funeral Home 507 South Main, Hallettsville, TX 77964 at 1 P.M. on Friday, July 22, 2016. Funeral Service starts at 3 pm. Pallbearers: Ryan Priestle and William Holt. Honorary Pallbearers: Alex Holt; Gary Hebert; Jordan Faust; Shane Hebert. Officiant: Rev. Joe Ward. Memorials (in lieu of flowers): Defray Family Funeral Expenses, or Donor's Choice. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery, 17788 FM 531, Hallettsville, TX 77964.
