David is survived by: 1 brother, Gilbert Morisak & wife Carol of Hallettsville; 2 sisters, Mildred Herman & husband Henry of Houston, and Donna Shedd & John Williams of Victoria; sister-in-law Ardeth Morisak of Victoria; and 14 nieces & nephews.

David was preceded in death by: his parents and brother Joseph Morisak.

Funeral Mass Service: 3 pm, Thursday, April 26, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville. Visitation: 4 pm, Wednesday at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosary: 6:30 pm, Wednesday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. John Peters. Pallbearers: Jeremy Shedd, Steve Herman, Edward Pustka, Jeremy Tesch, Paul Henke, and Charles Clark. Honorary Pallbearers: George Zapalac, Joe Opela, Pete Basquez, W.J. (Doc) Clampit, and Jacob Morisak. Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Memorials: St. Mary's Church or Donor's Choice.
