Daniel "Dan" D. Pavlicek, 53, of Moulton, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 28, 2011. He was born on November 23, 1957 in Lavaca County to Albert & Mary Michalec Pavlicek. Daniel was employed by Prototype in Flatonia for over 10 years.

Dan is survived by: his mother Mary Pavlicek of Moulton; wife of 31 years, Elaine Cinadr Pavlicek of Moulton; 7 siblings, Betty Sobotik & husband Norbert of Hallettsville, Charlene Raabe & husband Jerome of Moulton, Albert Pavlicek Jr. of Hallettsville, Joe Pavlicek of Port O'Connor, David Pavlicek & wife Becky of Flatonia, Dennis Pavlicek & wife Susan of Victoria, and Eunice Raabe of Rosenberg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dan was preceded in death by: his father, grandparents, brother-in-law Steven Raabe, and best buddy, "Snake" Cinadr.

Funeral Mass Service: 10 am, Friday, September 2, 2011, at St. Mary's Catholic Church near Hallettsville. Visitation: 3 pm, Thursday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosary: 7 pm, Thursday, at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. John Peters. Pallbearers: Joel Duke, Darryl Tesch, Travis Shaw, Cody Tesch, Timothy Jackson, and Mike Kocurek. Honorary Pallbearers: Nieces and Nephews. Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
