Clyde is survive by: 2 sons, Lee Grisham & wife Lauri of Wimberley, TX, and Jeff Grisham & wife Markie of College Station, TX; 2 brothers, twin brother Claude Grisham, and Ted Grisham both of MS; sister Elizabeth Seale of MS; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Clyde was preceded in death by: his wife Shirley, son Justin Clay Grisham, and parents.
