Charles Loyd McElfresh, 66, formerly of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on December 11, 2017 in Stevens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hallettsville, Texas. Charles was born in Texas on December 20, 1951 to the late Charles E. and Mary Lanell (Matthews) McElfresh.  Charles attended Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio, Texas.   He also served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.

Charles was also predeceased by a sister, Janet Gayle Reed (McElfresh). Charles is survived by a sister, Diana, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A service and inurnment took place on September 28, 2018 in the Lake of Memories Chapel at Mission Burial Park on IH 10 West in San Antonio, Texas.
