Charles is survived by: brother Frank Kupka & wife Peggy, and sister Dorothy Kupka, both of Hallettsville.

Charles was preceded in death by: his parents, and brother Paulie Kupka.

Rite of Christian Burial Mass: 3 pm, Sunday, November 20, 2011, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Sweet Home, Texas. Officiate: Rev. Charles Sonnier. Burial: Private family burial at a later date.
