Chance Ace Cook, of Hallettsville, 5 1/2 weeks old, passed away April 8, 2016. He was born on February 29, 2016 to Chad A. Cook & Amanda L. Bonee in Gonzales, TX.
Chance is survived by: his parents; grandmother Sherri Raeke; 2 brothers, Devin Daniels & Camron Cook; and 2 sisters, Kayla Daniels & Chelsea Cook.
Graveside Service: 2 pm, Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Hallettsville City Cemetery. Officiant: Rev. Joe Ward.
