Chaise Keith Alex, infant, died on Dec. 10, 2006. He was survived by his parents Karl Alex and Clorisa Cowell of Sheridan, Texas, sister Chloe Alex, maternal grandparents Dennis Chambers and Naomi Cowell, and paternal grandparents Donald and Patsy Alex.

Service: 2pm, Friday, Dec. 15, 2006 at St. Peter Lutheran Church. Visitation: 4pm, Thursday at Kubena Funeral Home. Burial: Cheetham Cemetery in Sheridan. Officiate: Rev. Herb Beyer. Pallbearers: Donald Alex and Dennis Chambers.
