Mrs. Catherine T. Cristanelli, 79, of Hallettsville, died Nov. 16, 2007. She was born on April 1, 1928 to Henry & Olive Meyers Ehlers in Kingsford, Michigan. She married Florian K. Cristanelli on Feb. 4, 1950 in Kingsford, Michigan. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville.

Catherine is survived by son Louis Cristanelli & wife Rose of Alvin; 2 daughters, Christine Cox & husband Bill of Gatesville, and Kathy Morrison of Pasadena; 6 grandchildren, Steven Morrison, Jennifer Mitchell & husband Kyle, Kenneth Cox & wife Debbie, Sherri Broxton & husband Robert, Tina Houy & husband Shannon, and Robert Cox; and 6 great-grandchildren, Kody Broxton, Eric Morrison, James Cox, Caleb Broxton, Seth Mitchell, and Reed Mitchell.

Catherine was preceded in death by: husband Florian on June 12, 2000; grandson J.W. Morrison; and parents.

Service: 2 pm, Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville. Visitation: 4 pm, Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosary: 6 pm, Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. John Peters. Pallbearers: Jerry Todd, Nathan Dodd, Kenneth Cox, Robert Cox, Kody Broxton, Robert Broxton, Steven Morrison, and Shannon Houy. Burial: Hallettsville City Cemetery. Memorials: Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Donor's Choice.
