Carolyn was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her interests included baking for family and friends, reading novels, and traveling the world. She loved telling stories, making people laugh, and lending a helping hand when needed.

Carolyn was the most unselfish, loving caring person one could ever meet.

Carolyn was the best mother, sister, aunt, and friend that anyone could ever have. She will be deeply missed and loved forever.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Michelle & husband Keith Hodges; sister, Kathy & husband Frank Noske; nieces, Sherri & husband Steve Jones, and Cynthia & husband Walter Bennett; great nieces, Christi Van Schoick, Ashley and Morgan Bennett; great nephews, Christopher Van Schoick and Bradley Bennett; best friend Judy Hempel. She was loved by many friends and relatives.

Carolyn was blessed with one loving daughter who held her hand when she left to meet her Lord.

Service: 2 pm, Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville. Visitation: 12 noon, Saturday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Dr. Mark Labaj Pallbearers: Frank Noske, Walter Bennett, Donald Noske, Steve Jones, Christopher Van Schoick, and Bob Crawford. Burial: Salem Cemetery.
