Mrs. Carolyn Marie Migl, 67, of Hallettsville, died Feb. 21, 2007. She was born on Mar. 6, 1939 to Jim & Josephine Rivera Gutierrez in Lavaca County, Texas. She married Jerry P. Migl in March 1960 at Escodido, CA. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with grandchildren.

Carolyn is survived by: husband Jerry; daughter Jeri Perkins & husband Leonard with 3 kids, Aubrena, Kragan, and Brentyn; 2-sons, Nathan Brown and family, and Michael Migl & wife Rita with 2 kids, Lauren and Emily; 3-step-sons, Jerry L. Migl, Donnie Migl, and Larry Migl; 5-brothers, Jim Gutierrez Jr., Ben Gutierrez, Frank Gutierrez, Albert Gutierrez, and Sam Gutierrez; 3-sisters, Flora Villareal, Frances Vega, and Manuela Amador; 5-step-grandchildren; and 1-step-great-grandchild.

Carolyn was preceded in death by: parents Jim & Josephine Rivera Gutierrez, and brother August Gutierrez.

Service: 2pm, Friday, Feb. 23, 2007 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation: Noon, Thursday at Kubena Funeral Home. Rosaries: 7pm, Thursday at Kubena Funeral Home; and 1:30pm, Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Officiate: Rev. Bryan Heyer. Pallbearers: Ben Gutierrez Jr., Eddie Gutierrez, Tony Mizera, George Migl Jr., Scott Targac, Jamie Migl, David Targac, and Billy Barrera. Honorary Pallbearers: Nieces and Nephews.
