Obituary

Carol Ann Morris, 73, of Hallettsville, passed away November 21, 2022.  She was born on November 16, 1949, to Harold James Sr. & Betty Rodabaugh, in St. Paul, Minnesota.  When she was little, her Family was building their home, Being the oldest of their 3 Children, she was the ultimate helper - which is where she first started learning power tools, plumbing and everything that went into building and keeping a home running efficiently.  She later found a love of auto mechanics – which she went to school for – she would very proudly tell you that she out-scored all the guys and would have to retest because the instructors didn't believe a GIRL could score that high.

To all that knew Carol, she could fix anything and loved everyone – and there wasn't an animal that she wouldn't love and take home if needed. Her greatest pleasure, besides all her animals, was her Family – especially her Grandbabies and Great-Grandbabies. She absolutely loved spending every minute she could with them.

Carol Ann Morris is preceded in death by; her parents Harold & Betty Rodabaugh, her brother Harold James Jr. and 2 of her Grandsons, Cody Beaver & John Pereira.

Carol is survived by:  her sister Rita [Rob] Wilson; her 5 children, Jeff [Scarlett] Morris, Bobbi [John] Beaver, Angela Littlefield, Matt Pribble and Kristie [Neal] Brashears; her grandchildren, Kathy Harbin [Rupert Herrera], Diamond [Swithen] McDonald, Matthew Pribble-Craven, Bodhi [Patti Fulton] Morris, James Pribble-Craven, Kyle Pribble-Craven, Neal Brashears Jr., Sam Brashears, Blake Hall and Terry Brashears; her great-grandchildren, Johnny Beaver, Terrick James Morris & Bentley Fulton, Easton & Jaxon Craven, Kyle Pribble-Craven's Newborn Son, Clayden Martinez, Cuyler Hamilton & Aubree Pereira, Ryland, Brenda, River and Rowan Herrera; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Carol's passing has left a hole in many hearts and lives and brings new adjustments that will take forever to implement. She truly was the center of so many lives on a daily basis.

Carol's wishes were to be cremated and spread in the Rocky Mountains.  A Memorial Service is being planned for Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 2pm in The Garden Center, located in Hallettsville's Park.
