IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brayden Alexander
Robertson
May 16, 2009 – July 25, 2025
Brayden Alexander Robertson, of Hallettsville, born on May 16, 2009, was called home to be with the Lord on July 25, 2025, at the young age of 16.
Brayden was a radiant light in this world—full of joy, compassion, and unwavering faith. He had a heart that loved deeply, laughed freely, and lived boldly. To know him was to feel the warmth of his spirit, the strength of his character, and the joy he carried into every room.
A proud Brahma, Brayden was preparing to begin his sophomore year of high school. He was a dedicated athlete who poured his heart into every game, especially basketball—a sport he loved with a passion. Whether on the court or on the field, he played not just to win, but to lift up those around him, encouraging his teammates with his selflessness and unmatched determination.
Above all, Brayden loved Jesus. His faith wasn't just something he believed—it was how he lived. He carried the love of Christ in his words, his actions, and in the way he made others feel seen, valued, and loved. His light pointed others to God, and his life was a living example of grace, strength, and humility.
One of Brayden's favorite scriptures was:
"The LORD is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him." —Exodus 15:2
This verse wasn't just a source of comfort to him—it was a reflection of the way he lived. In this time of heartbreak, Brayden would want those he loved to cling to that truth. He would remind us that even in our deepest sorrow, God is still our strength, our salvation, and our defender. Through the pain, he would want us to praise boldly, love fully, and carry on with the same faith and joy he so effortlessly shared.
Brayden's absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. His laughter, kindness, and faith will continue to inspire all who knew him to live with courage, compassion, and purpose.
He is survived by; his father Berry Robertson, his mother Jessica Robertson, his older brother Colton Robertson, his beloved sister Avery Robertson and many family and friends - each of whom he cherished deeply.
