Bertha Mae Baca, 96, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, passed away January 25, 2012. She was born on May 5, 1915 to Gustav A. & Bertha Nietsche Ristow in Converse, Texas. She married George V. Baca Sr. on May 3, 1942 in La Vernia, Texas.

Bertha is survived by: husband George; 2 sons, George V. Baca Jr. & wife Aurora of Spring, Texas, and Gerald W. Baca of Mount Pleasant; daughter Sandra E. Robinson & husband William of Midland, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Adora A. Baca, Andrea M. Kelly, George V. Baca III, Jeanne B. Dietsch, and April E. Robinson; and great grandchild, Evelyn A. Dietsch.

Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, and 6 brothers & sisters.

Graveside Service: 1 pm, Friday, January 27, 2012, at Breslau Cemetery. Visitation: 11 am, Friday at Kubena Funeral Home. Officiate: Rev. Dr. Alan Williams. Memorials: Cypress Basin Hospice, 207 Morgan Street, Mount Pleasant, Texas 75455; or Donor's Choice. Burial: Breslau Cemetery.
